On May 13 and 14, the Registration Center of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources held a joint meeting of Registration Centers of the Offices at Shuangyang Hotel in Huairou District. Zhang Hongsheng, Director of the Registration Center of the municipal bureau, Li Haijun, Secretary of the Center, Zhou Xiangmin, Director of Huairou Office, Wang Yongxing, Deputy Director of Huairou Office and some other leaders also attended the meeting. The agenda of the meeting involves three topics: statistics on the certificate issuance for the residence bases, the implementation of document Jing Guo Tu Ji [2010] No. 174, and discussion on land registration issues.

　　Firstly, principals of the Registration Centers of the Offices debriefed their work on the statistics of issuing certificate for residence bases; secondly, the attendees made a discussion on the implementation of the document Jing Guo Tu Ji [2010] No. 174. Each Office will act in accordance with the document, establish Service Center, finish the construction of the window facilities by the end of this May, and further regulate the handling behavior, setting up a unified, regulated, efficient, clean and regular administrative mechanism. They also conducted a discussion on issues concerning registration for the use of military and government reserved lands, clarifying the handling procedures, which has laid a foundation for the registration staff to practice legal and efficient performance.

　　Director Zhang Hongsheng also stressed that the report on the certificate issuance for residence bases should focus on the background and procedure of certificate issuance with statistical tables fully filled up, and we should be prepared for the ownership clarification and certificate issuance for residence bases.
