According to the Joint Execution Notice (2006) Chongmin No.3637, we hereby declare to annul the 'State-owned Land Use Certificate' for Li Zhiqiang granted for the land located in Room 5X, Park Side Garden, No.5 Chaoyang Park West Road, Beijing. Certificate No.: Jing-Chao State-owned Land for Personal Use (2003) No.1570030, and transfer the house and land abovementioned to Dalian Tian'an International Tower Co., Ltd.
