On April 1, in company with Chen Jiakang, Deputy Chief of Municipal Administrative and Complaint Center, and Xu Jiming, Deputy Chief of Comprehensive Office of Municipal Supervision Bureau, Vice Sectary of Municipal Discipline Inspection Commission and Director of the Bureau of Supervision, Zhang Houkun gave an inspection visit to Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources on how the policy of expanding domestic demand and ensuring economic growth has been implemented. 　　Director Zhang checked the work situation of Administrative Service Hall and land market construction of Land Resources Center in the Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources. Also, he inquired about the reception service, open government information, as well as the bidding, auction and listing of land. Afterwards, he heard the reports about the implementation of the policy of expanding domestic demand and ensuring rapid and stable economic growth, about green channel set up for key land supply projects, and about closer supervision of the above policy implementation, which were made by Wei Chenglin, Sectary of the party group and Director of the Municipal Bureau, Liu Hui, Vice Sectary of the party group and Deputy Director, and Liu Jingzhong, Head of Discipline Inspection Unit in the Municipal Bureau. Director Zhang highly praised the achievements in the policy implementation made by the Municipal Bureau. Meanwhile, he stressed that it should fully exert the power of national land resources management as the gate of economic macro-control to serve the overall economy while focusing on main tasks, and that complete each work as required by the policy of "ensuring economic growth, keeping the people's livelihood and promoting overall development" by the Central Committee as well as of "ensuring economic growth and keeping certain proportion of cultivated land under protection" by Ministry of Land and Resources. Besides, he highlighted the cleanness of cadres engaged in national land management. It should strength the supervision and coordination to ensure legal and honest administration and safe fund flow, especially, for the use of 100 billion Yuan for land reserve. Director Wei expressed to firmly implement the instructions made by the Central Committee and by the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, set up new systems and perfect current ones and accelerate the land supply for the construction of key projects, thus contributing to promote the rapid and stable economic growth and a harmonious society.
