By the end of December, the Bureau had received 242 documents from the municipal Government in total. Among them, the issues all needed to be looked over and carried out by us. Issues in 198 documents of the 242 have been completed already with a rate of 81%, and the rest 44 documents are either being transferred or being Dealt with The Bureau has submitted 315 documents for instructions and approval and 57 pieces of  reports have been handed in to the municipal government.
